ABOUT MIKE PETERSON

SEEKING NEW ROLE - as contractor or FTE - Currently as an innovative leader, team member, I have experience building new business opportunities and enhancing existing ones. I’m looking to find a role of leadership, architecture, delivery that can use exceptional knowledge in systems architecture, IT/Business knowledge, product/project management and software design for mutual growth and success. As a leader, I specialize in the bridge between IT and Business in fitting the need of the project/team. In doing so, driving solutions since 2011 in Salesforce Clouds of Sales, Service, Health - including Field Service, as I lead the discovery sessions, develop user stories, solution intents, and many artifacts in the presentation to the client. Expertise is running this from start to finish, following the agile, and scrum methodologies. I feel I\'m equally skilled to fill many roles of an organization as needed as my breadth of data centric experience is strong. I have extensive experience in data integration, strong people leadership, communication skills, working across the organization focusing on people, process, then the technology as we drive to the solution with the business partner. In doing so, I\'m very skilled in all aspects of the SDLC (including Agile, Waterfall, etc), and have extensive experience in Project/Product management, Quality Assurance, Architecture, and overall business analysis. Successfully delivered projects including state governments around a unique Salesforce CRM solution (acted as a consultant working directly with clients, managing teams, process, and delivering solutions). Technical skills are strong in detailed analysis, champion in process improvement, requirement gathering, and solutioning in creating/delivering design presentations.
