ABOUT MIKE PERRY
Prior to setting up Abacus with Ellis Goodfellow in 2007, I gained 11 years’ experience at the same national practice as a quantity surveyor, the last 4 of which were as an Associate Director. I have worked on a variety of projects including student accommodation, build to rent (BTR), luxury apartments, hotels, education, sports and leisure and industrial. My key skills are:• Acting as an Employer’s Agent on a significant number of projects for student accommodation providers, I have delivered in excess of study beds, with a current construction value in excess of £1.5 billion. Following the recent boom in the BTR sector, we currently have in excess of apartments under construction or delivered within a 2 mile radius of our Manchester office.• Building strong working relationships with all clients, consultants and key members of the supply chain I have attained an in-depth knowledge & understanding of the volume handover product.Abacus are recruiting high calibre staff at all levels specialising in the Residential and Sports & Leisure sectors.
