   Responsible for a wide variety of duties across cell research & development, customer deployment, and internal cell build operations. • Internal screening of novel electrode binders, conductive additives, separators, and foils for use with Sila proprietary anode materials and commercially available cathode materials. • Scale-up development and deployment of lab electrode and cell designs at customer and 3rd party sites involving external slurry mixing, coating, and cell build activities for automotive and consumer electronics applications. • Cell electrochemical test data analysis and reporting through SQL database querying with JMP data processing. • Process bringup, documentation, maintenance, and training for pilot scale mixers, rheometer, viscometer, powder moisture analyzer, refractometer, and pH meters to augment lab-scale QC and research capability.
