ABOUT MIKE PALLADINO
General Counsel and senior operating leader with more than 25 years of experience advising boards, CEOs, and executive leadership within complex, regulated organizations. My experience spans large public companies, mid-size organizations, and early-stage life sciences ventures. I have served both as an operating executive and as a strategic advisor, including roles as General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief People Officer. I served as senior employment counsel to executive leadership teams on workforce strategy, employment litigation, internal investigations, and enterprise risk management.Previously, I held senior leadership roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and BlueRock Therapeutics, including serving as Chief Operating Officer and leading global HR, litigation, enterprise risk management, and employment law functions.
