A realist at heart, I believe the best results come from authenticity and collaboration. I stay active—cycling to the office and riding light rail to the office—and find inspiration in being part of the everyday rhythm of the community. In order to understand something, you need to see it. Life, like design, is about balance: using resources wisely, staying flexible, and making an impact that lasts.From logistics centers and manufacturing facilities to data centers and large-scale distribution hubs, I approach industrial environments as strategic assets—connecting operations, power, and people through efficient, flexible design.Developers, tenants, and operators across manufacturing, critical facilities, logistics, and distribution partner with me not to hear Yes at every turn, but to rollup our sleeves and find the best solution even when it requires hard conversations. I work closely with clients to evaluate feasibility early, navigate jurisdictional requirements, and plan for what’s next—advancing projects with insight and confidence.I am grounded in a diverse background spanning industrial, commercial, and civic design.
