Hi, I’m Mike. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) based in South Denver, and I work with teens and adults navigating the complexities of life, identity, relationships, and emotional health.In therapy, I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and not rushed. I bring a steady, grounded presence, along with curiosity, accountability, and just enough humor to make room for both the hard work and the humanity in this process.My approach is person-centered and relational, with roots in psychodynamic, narrative, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and trauma-informed frameworks. I often work through an attachment lens, meaning I believe early experiences shape how we connect with others and how we view ourselves today.
