I am currently associated with System High Corp as DARPA Restricted Programs Senior Security Controls Assessor, and I drive all aspects of special access programs (DARPA silver bullets) within the Department of Defense. I also managed governance, risk, and compliance efforts. I executed computer authorizations for network systems and performed detailed reviews to ensure adherence to Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guides. I maintained rigorous oversight of system and personnel clearances and accesses.Here are my notable achievements from the tenure:• Launched the first high-performance computing system to a top-secret network, a groundbreaking achievement that provided DARPA with a novel enterprise-level computing asset, resulting in a $50M revenue within the first year.• Successfully accredited the first permanent connection of High-Performance Computing systems to a top-secret special Access Required network. • Drove governance, risk management, and compliance for 50+ separate Special Access Programs; ensured strict adherence to Joint SAP Implementation Guide and DISA STIGs.• Paired efforts with 20+ Program Managers, Lead Systems Engineering, and Technical Assistance, along with Program Security Representatives, addressing information system requirements for newly awarded contracts.• Contributed as the DARPA SCA in the establishment of the TS//SAR ICON Architecture, released to the industry as a significant contribution to the DoD SAP CIO standup.
