About Mike Muscara

With over 30 years of work experience in sales, leadership, and management, I am a seasoned business development professional with a passion for public sector solutions. I currently work at Instant Input, a leading provider of interactive feedback software for government agencies and organizations. I am responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and delivering value to our clients and stakeholders. Previously, I was the Director of Member and Vendor Services at NCPA, a national cooperative purchasing alliance that offers best value contracts to public entities. There, I managed a team of account executives, oversaw the contract compliance and performance, and enhanced the member and vendor satisfaction and retention. I also have extensive experience in the sanitary supply and waste management industries, where I held various roles in corporate account development, project management, and regional sales. I have developed and executed successful sales strategies, negotiated and closed large contracts, and led and supported cross-functional teams. I have a master\'s degree in urban science and engineering and a bachelor\'s degree in history from Stony Brook University. I have multiple skills in sales, leadership, and management, and I am always eager to learn and grow. My mission is to make a positive difference in the public sector by providing innovative and effective solutions that meet the needs and challenges of our customers and communities.
