Oversees two sq. ft.) manufacturing facilities, which includes Molding, Assembly, Shipping, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Materials, Maintenance, and Management. Develop and train staff to meet overall Company directives, capture and use ERP System. Maintain and promote safe working conditions. Ensure key positions have effective backup and succession planning. Ensure an effective CI system is in place and utilize to drive improvements in quality, processes, and products. Lead Quality System efforts to support production operations. Make sure Customers are receiving timely and effective communication to their quality concerns. Monitor overall production for delivery and quality performance in molding. Manager overall product flow to maximize efficiency utilizing lean manufacturing techniques. Ensure production infrastructure is in proper working condition to meet current and future capacity plans. Managing purchasing function, ensuring materials and supplies are procured at lowest total cost. Develop and implement effective inventory control policies. Ensure available product ships on time and per Customer requirements. Ensure Facility grounds and buildings are able to meet production and operations requirements. Maintain and ensure there is an effective maintenance program for all production equipment.
