Working with a Customer is what I have been focused on for so many years and I truely have mastered making them happy.    I have been in the Lead position since 2006 at Brown-Forman. I was the senior engineer before that. The Lead is the supervisor of the Service Desk and second level support roles. Anything that can\'t be resolved comes thru me to decide how to handle the situation or what to do to make the customer happy. I also lead efforts to test new hardware and software that may be considered to be used at Brown-Forman. If something new is selected I will be the lead on the project roll out of the new technology to all the 2500 end users. I have been a lead role in Windows XP, Lotes Notes, Outlook 2007, Office 2007 and now considering Windows 7 and iPhones.I currently manage several IT projects and support at our BF Homeplace\'s including Woodford, Jack Daniels, Old Forester and Sonoma Wines
