I recently retired as Chief of Police for the City of El Cajon after nearly 30 years in law enforcement. Throughout my career, I focused on leveraging technology to enhance public safety, improve operational efficiency, and support officers in the field.I now serve as a consultant for Flock Safety, helping develop messaging and telling the story of how agencies can integrate advanced technologies to help solve and prevent crime.
