I am an experienced program leader and policy advocate who is passionate about dismantling oppressive systems to empower traditionally marginalized people and communities. My work focuses on systemic racism and inequality, the criminal legal system, and how arts and advocacy can be used as tools for healing and to broaden the meaning and experience of freedom. A lifelong learner guided by an Ella Baker-ethic of leadership, I am dedicated to weaving community-led strategy, deep listening, relationship-building, authenticity and agility into every phase of my work.
