   Originally established to provide education and to supply products and services within the niche market of compression therapy, specializing in the treatment of lymphedema, we have since expanded its product offering to encompass the broader market of compression therapy to include treatment for other forms of swelling related to edema. Edema, which is swelling of the extremities, may be caused by a variety of things to include medications, pregnancy or an underlying disease of the heart, kidney or liver. Swelling can also result from trauma caused by accidents in daily life, from sports or other activities. By broadening the scope of its market, the Company’s customer base was similarly expanded to include healthy individuals with minor swelling, to those with medical conditions outside of lymphedema.
