About Mike Moran
I am have been a Field Engineer, Track Superintendent, Estimating Manager, and now Area Manager for Stacy Witbeck and am currently working as an Estimating Manager and Utah Area Manager out of the Salt Lake City Office. Past projects for Stacy and Witbeck include the OGX BRT for UTA, UTA On-Call Services, Union Station to Oak Cliff Streetcar Tiger Project (USOCST) in Dallas, Texas for DART and the City of Dallas and the Airport, West Valley, and Jordan River Service Center Projects in Salt Lake City, Utah for UTA. Current Projects I am directly involved with include the FR2X Project for UDOT/UTA, SR224 BRT for HVT, multiple CMGC Project for the City of Bluffdale, Stadler East Building Expansion, SLC 2100S Reconstruction, and other Utah Area Projects. My trackwork knowledge includes Ballasted, Embedded, and Direct Fixation with an emphasis on Embedded Track. I have also done work as an Office Engineer, Cost Engineer, and Field Engineer over Trackwork, Train Signals, and Systems. I have experience with PDB, Design-Build, CMGC, and Low Bid Contracts. I graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management.
