   Providing executive leadership to the sales function, the team grew from 6 members to 14 within the first 12 months. Posting double digit revenue growth in a declining market over the first fiscal year, the team has excelled by expanding product offerings, overhauling marketing efforts and the creation of an outside account manager function that brings a regional and personal touch to a growing, national organization. After getting my hands wrapped around the sales team and existing clients, I have taken greater responsibility in assisting with M&A, both in reviewing targets and, thus far, overseeing the integration of five new client lists from acquired competitors with near 100% retention. My role also includes direct engagement with the board of directors and required participation in quarterly board meetings. Going forward, the strategy will be to continue reinforcing retention and penetration of existing clients, acquisition of new clients across existing segments as well as knocking down barriers to enter into segments which will diversify our client base and significantly increase company value.
