Michael Moore is Managing Director & Head, Mid-Market Leveraged Finance team. In this role, Michael is the Lead Underwriter of Leveraged/Structured transactions assisting Private Equity firms and Management to acquire Mid-Market companies in Canada. In his career Michael has held progressively more senior lending positions in both of RBC’s Commercial Mid-Market and Capital Markets platforms focusing on both investment and non-investment grade companies. Michael joined RBC in January 2003 as part of their Technology Banking team, following tenures with CIBC World Markets and Bank of Montreal.
