As a program manager, I have repeatedly delivered new capability on time, within budget. I have extensive experience initiating, planning, executing and controlling contracts for development and support of new capabilities, managing client expectations and communicating effectively with both executive management and staff. And I can translate engineering speak into business English. My experience includes managing, monitoring, controlling and documenting development activities, including analyzing schedules from my own and all related projects within the program against the master schedule, and recommending / taking actions to resolve schedule conflicts. I have excellent written and oral communication skills.
