   PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEMr. Millard is a vice president within the Brokerage Services Division of CBRE, and is actively involved in working with the Land Services Group and the Retail Asset Services Division of CBRE. Through his extensive experience and knowledge in land acquisitions and dispositions, Mike currently has land listings valued at over $200 million and is involved in several projects that include large tracts of commercial, agricultural and transitional land within the State of Florida. Mike has an extensive track record with over 25 years experience in commercial and residential real estate business and has completed transactions within nearly every Florida market. Preceding his employment with the Falcone Group, as Vice President of Commercial Development, Mike was a vice president with WCI Communities for nearly five years. In this capacity, he was responsible for negotiating all aspects of land sale acquisitions and dispositions throughout Florida. During this time period he negotiated in excess of $500 million in land transactions much of the land consisting of the former McArthur Foundation Land Holdings totaling acres in North Palm Beach County. He also was involved with several CDD (Community Development District) and served on the Board of the Old Palm CDD. Mike also previously worked with CB Richard Ellis, Millard Properties, and the Paragon Group in the major metropolitan markets of Florida.Please see attached resume for more information.
