I have over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with a focus on molecular diagnostics and sample preparation systems. I have successfully launched many new products and services, including synthetic biology custom products, NGS reagents and kits, and IVD products. I am a subject matter expert on design controls and product development best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer needs. I am also an excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver, who can effectively communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
