Through a unified system of wireless sensors, algorithms, machine learning and human reliability expertise, a Waites system can do the following to equipment: Eliminate unplanned downtime Extend equipment life Increase OEE Reduce maintenance costs Reduce parts Inventory Reduce labor costs Waites pairs its proprietary monitoring hardware and analytic software to enable clients to monitor their equipment in facilities and plants through a virtual dashboard with alerts and alarms intended to detect equipment issues before an issue materializes into an unscheduled outage or system failure. Our rapid-development engineering team is constantly adding sensors to our existing line of vibration, temperature and ultrasonic sensors. In terms of the biggest differentiation, our customers are very quick to reference that Waites is changing the way maintenance is being performed. The idea of leveraging our 24/7 monitoring organization to collect, analyze, humanize (our analysts monitor and predict times of failure) and repair (work with customer’s on-site personnel real time until issue is resolved) is compressing the maintenance cycle to real time with full transparency.
