I have more than nineteen years of experience in all aspects of project controls for major engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. Specializing in scheduling, cost engineering and document control, I have been accountable for schedule development/review (CPM methodology), earned value management (EVM), progress calculation, productivity, cash flow generation, project forecasting, project/program financials, time impact analysis (TIA) and schedule performance. Additionally, I have several years’ experience building and developing project controls teams. I have managed and mentored large teams of project controls professionals with proven track records. Other responsibilities have included invoice review/generation, contractual compliance, reporting and analytics, risk analysis, collaborating/coordinating with third party contractors and various cross functional teams, managing the implementation of specialty program reporting, change order management, proposal requests/clarifications, estimate preparation, and regular schedule maintenance. I have ample experience working on-site as well in office.
