With over 25 years of experience in non-profit development, fundraising, and nonprofit management, I am a passionate and visionary leader who drives action-oriented and collaborative communication standards. As the Director of Philanthropy at Southern Oregon University, I implement creative change and venture philanthropy, building and sustaining a portfolio of 100+ donors with a value of over $100 million, and securing momentum gifts ranging from current to planned and blended. I have a proven track record of fostering and furthering long-term philanthropic relationships and partnerships, supporting volunteer leadership networks, and achieving fundraising goals through listening, moves management, and closure of blended gifts. I have also facilitated a $10+ million commitment from a corporate partner, contributed to the comprehensive campaign structure, and recruited 11 new SOU Foundation Board Members to date.
