Currently responsible for Professional Services projects across Canada with a focus on Microsoft Teams, and telephony solutions.\\\\n\\\\nKey Responsibilities:\\\\n- Responsible for the budgeting, risk management and scheduling of Professional Services Projects\\\\n- Management of telephony projects with budgets ranging from $3M to SMB sized budgets\\\\n- Statement of Work creation, Project Plan creation, project status reporting, RACI chart, RAID log, BOM and other project documentation\\\\n- Stakeholder management on project progress, project risks, costs vs benefits\\\\n- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables\\\\n- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan\\\\n- Work with key internal and external partners; managing dependencies, communication and overall project success\\\\n- Serve as a bridge between sales and technical implementation team\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
