As a transformation coach, SAFe Program Consultant ( SPC ), and Release Train Engineer, I am passionate about helping to adapt and apply Lean Agile and DevOps principles to allow programs to realize their strategic goals. With years of experience in agile and waterfall projects, business transformations, change management, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and having personally acted in most roles within the SDLC, I have collected a wide array of real-life experiences and perspectives on how Agile and DevOps can be effectively applied. Leveraging that experience to transform engagements large and small in many industries, I work collaboratively with all levels of the organization to develop real-world solutions that align Lean-Agile and DevOps principles with the reality and constraints of real life.
