I have spent the last half of my career building teams and executing groundbreaking transactions - formal teams within CIT\'s Treasury department and informal teams drawing from Treasury, Tax, Legal, Accounting, Risk, and Operations, to name a few. I take a commonsense approach to transaction management: pull together the right skillsets, draft a reasonable but ambitious timeline, and assign clear deliverables.Generally, I prefer to let team results do the talking, but I also take pride in providing my two-cents concerning important issues facing CIT - 25+ years in one family of companies has given me a lot to draw on. I am comfortable presenting ideas to executive management, my peers, team members, investors. whoever is interested in listening. I am thoughtful and deliberate but able to act quickly and decisively as the situation requires.Outside the office I enjoy parenting my two daughters, following all kinds of sports (baseball, football, soccer, wrestling), running, and reading.
