As the Team President at HMD Motorsports, I am responsible for the everyday business operations of the company as the team continues to grow and be successful. As Team Champions in 2021 and Driver Champions in 2022 and 2023, as well as Rookie of the Year Winners in 2023 and 2024, the bar is set high for 2025. With over 50 employees, nine drivers and the building of a brand new facility, this is only the beginning for HMD Motorsports. Over the past thirty years, I have been provided with the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to achieve success in the motorsports industry. I have experience working at the top level of karting worldwide and have garnered success not only through tuning, but also as a driver coach, media representative, team manager, general manager, and business owner. My involvement in motorsports is of a broad scope as I have extensive experience on the shop floor and in the paddock as a national-level karting tuner/mechanic and media services provider within the racing industry. I feel that my experience in multiple disciplines within the industry, including the management, marketing, and mechanical aspects, has provided me with a thorough understanding of what is needed to field, or provide marketing and promotional services, to race-winning vehicles at every event. Additionally, I have been providing logistical services for competitors and teams in motorsports as well as business-to-business opportunities and promotions. On the media and promotions side of my business, RTD Media & Management, a division of Race Tech Development Group provides all kinds of media services for the motorsports industry. From the driver and team promotion to social media management and business development, my team can have you covered from A to Z. With an in-house graphic designer, web designer, and media representative, RTD Media & Management currently supports clients in the NTT IndyCar Series, SRO Motorsports Group, IMSA, USF Pro Championships (USF, Indy Pro, and INDY NXT), F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda, FR Americas Championship Powered by Honda and the karting industry. Furthermore, RTD Media has also expanded into the real estate market with website design and promotion of agents throughout the Indianapolis area as well as provides logistical management for several businesses, race teams, and series within motorsports
