Also- XBRL Services and Consultation - Virtual Datarooms for Due Diligence - Document Translations - Commercial Printing For over thirty two years, Mike Martin has worked in the financial communications industry. The majority of that time he has been employed at Bowne & Co.and R R Donnelley in the Texas market. In November of 2010, Bowne was acquired by R R Donnelley & Sons. R R Donnelley is one of the largest printing companies in the world. It is over 150 years old and was started in Chicago Illinois. Currently, Mr. Martin is a Managing Director of Sales based in the Dallas, Texas office of R R Donnelley. Primarily he works with C level executives planning to take their company public, as well as existing public companies on mergers, acquisitions and their SEC reporting requirements including XBRL reporting. He also pursues companies who are selling themselves or large parts of their company to set up web based secure electronic data rooms which house the pertinent due diligence documents to the asset sale. Document translation is another service offered by Bowne. Mr. Martin was raised in a Wilton, Connecticut a suburb of New York City. He attended the Salisbury Preparatory School in Salisbury Connecticut and Wittenberg University in Springfield Ohio. Mr. Martin is a member of the Dallas Round Table and The Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals. His hobbies include raising his 3 daughters, water skiing, ice hockey and bird hunting.
