I managed employee personnel in each scenario while maintaining labor cost goals.Plant set manufacturing, shipping and EBITDA records for the Cedar City location.Oversee the recruiting, hiring, firing, disciplining of all of the Plant’s employees. More than doubled the Management team as well as the plant employees.Overseen the implementation of a New Computer system for the Plant.
