I have led teams of ~20 individuals on shift work in a high paced, high intensity setting.In my current role as a RI Safety Manager, I am responsible for: Anticipating, Recognizing, Evaluating and Controlling workplace hazards across 2 divisions in Rhode Island. I ensure various safety programs and initiatives are being maintained and used by workers to ensure the progress and success of our Safety Culture. I also spend time reviewing processes, personal protective equipment, engineering measures etc. looking to improve in all aspects and raise any potential compliance issues that may be identified.
