I build AI companies and teams from zero.Right now I\'m co-founding Neuralift AI — a customer intelligence platform that discovers audience segments, explains why they matter, and activates them. We started building on GPT-3.5 before most enterprises had an AI strategy and have shipped four foundation-model generations since. The platform runs at enterprise scale for brands across media, retail, sports, and hospitality. Every prediction comes with a plain-language rationale — which features drove it, how confident the model is, and why an analyst should trust it. We earned ISO 42001 and SOC 2 not as badges but as engineering discipline: eval gates that block bad releases before they ship. Co-inventor, U.S. Patent 12,321,960 B2.Before Neuralift I was Field CDO at Snowplow Analytics, forward-deployed with enterprise customers on Databricks and Snowflake. Before that, team lead at DataRobot shipping AI across banking, insurance, healthcare, tech, and sports. The pattern in my career is building things that didn\'t exist yet — data science practices, governance functions, analytics platforms, entire departments — and handing them off so they run without me. I\'ve done it at a global holding company, at a Fortune 100 insurer, and now at my own startup.I teach graduate economics and data science at UNH and Northeastern\'s Roux Institute. I care about the same thing in a classroom that I care about in production: making AI legible. If people can\'t see why the model made a decision, you haven\'t finished the work.
