ABOUT MIKE MACLEAN
I have been in the food and beverage industry for 36 years. I have managed busy restaurants and pubs, nightclubs, live music venues and large scale food service operations. I manage beverage service for large scale music festivals and I work on the production teams for culinary festivals with an elevated experience. Currently my company holds the Food and Beverage contract for Starlight Stadium as well as provides bar services to most of the large music events in the Greater Victoria area. I believe in building strong customer relationships based on trust and loyalty. I have a true passion for my work with a goal to meet the needs of my customers by providing sound advice and solutions that are both effective and efficient. My background has provided me with extensive experience in client development, management, project leadership, and project management as well as the ability to quickly develop trusted relationships. A strong leader who has the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering a team oriented environment is how I would describe myself.
