I work with our customers, and others within DRI to confirm scope, goals/objectives, and business justification to structure, control, and report on DRI projects of varied sizes and complexities. Some of my duties are:*Coordinate with DRI professional services leadership to schedule consulting and development resources for engagements; includes work to schedule services resources for client projects, matching skillsets to requests and coordinating resource availability. Provide support to our clients by responding to incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, in a timely manner.*Ensure successful delivery of projects, particularly through proactive planning, scheduling and monitoring planned and reactive work activities.*Play a lead role in communicating the implementation process, approach, and progress of the project to key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.*Manage work schedules and deal with redirecting support calls and requests to the appropriate resource.
