Mike Lueck has been the Emergency Services Coordinator for the City of Tigard for over ten years with responsibilities for local jurisdictional emergency management operations, performing specialized professional work; planning and coordinating comprehensive emergency management activities which included response, recovery, mitigation and preparedness. • Trains assigned staff in areas such as continuity of operations, disaster planning, exercises, operations, planning and logistics. • Manages the city-wide Community Emergency Response Team, Map Your Neighborhood and Preparedness Outreach programs. • Additional responsibilities include the department-wide comprehensive safety and health program for the city’s public works department. • Serves on city, county, regional and state level advisory committees. • Overhead Incident Management Team member for Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue.
