Accomplished Program Manager, ensuring global sales, supply and quality objectives are met, while maximizing revenue and minimizing cost and lead-time. Mike\'s most recent accomplishments and successful global leadership programs include various commercial and military aircraft platform system transitions for the purpose of M&A, strategic sourcing, industry development and cost initiatives. Under Mike’s leaderships the Greenfield Joint Venture (JV) between Sikorsky Aircraft and TATA and Sons was successfully executed and is currently a state-of-the-art parts manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, India. The JV which initially focused on providing detailed parts for TASL (Hyderabad, India) to assemble the S-92 cabin, has since expanded to include other OEM platforms, products and services. Mike\'s experience in leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed, culturally diverse teams using his leadership skills, lean methods and practices as well as using continuous improvement tools and technologies has cultivated a strong and independent leadership team and staff at Tata-Sikorsky JV. Recent project includes; Saudi MRO Localization (Saudi Arabia)- Led a cross functional team that developed the strategy and execution plan to localize $2.2B in sales. Managed $100M budget to standup MRO capability for 10-part families leveraging existing sources in-country. Owego MNG AS Completions Transition (Owego NY)- developed and executed the plan to transition S-70i Saudi MNG AS aircraft Completions builds from FL to NY to leverage excess capacity and reduce DCI. Managed $1.6M budget in support of a $194M FMS (FFP) contract which resulted in $1.7M in savings.Saudi FACO S70i Start-up Pursuit (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)- Developed and executed a plan to startup the first-ever green field Joint-Venture International Blackhawk (S-70i) Final Assembly and Completions Operation (FACO) in Saudi Arabia. Managed $0.2B start-up pursuit in support of $4B in sales (150 aircraft)
