Database administration for Yardi platform, creating many customized reports and daily script writing for corrections and data pulls for team members. Training of new staff on Payscan/Voyager. Work directly with operations/accounting to create, modify, and maintain company wide workflows and procedures. Implemented Yardi RENTMaximizer revenue management system in early April 2015, with a record 9+% boost in overall revenue within 6 months of operation on only half the Multifamily portfolio. Weekly leasing meeting for RM sites to modify strategies on pricing models and sales procedures. Recently implemented a Purchasing Status report for our single family homes division that has completely changed our financial view of construction and post build cost.
