With a career spanning frontline policing, NHS protective services, and strategic emergency response, I bring over three decades of operational and tactical leadership alongside multi-agency experience to the evolving field of healthcare security, resilience, and incident response.As a Chartered Security Professional (CSyP) and Fellow of the Security Institute (FSyI), my expertise is grounded in risk-led practice, continuous professional development, and recognised accreditation across security, counter-fraud, emergency preparedness, and training delivery. I hold senior fellowships with the Emergency Planning Society (FEPS) and the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI), alongside qualifications in risk (CMIRM), occupational safety (NEBOSH), and a professional graduate certificate in education (QTLS).Currently serving as the Lead Portfolio Advising Consultant for Protective Services, I advise on security management, EPRR, and incident response within the NHS—championing an integrated and intelligence-led model of Healthcare Protective Services.
