About Mike Laskey
Michael Laskey has been developing real estate in Northeast Ohio for the past twenty-five years. He has broad based real estate expertise in development, finance, valuation and entitlement. He is President of Salus Development, a real estate development and investment company in Cleveland, Ohio. Salus Development develops, owns and consults on Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Historic Tax Credits. Mike has experience obtaining FHA financing, tax credits, and federal, state, and local grants. Mr. Laskey has been involved in the development of more than a dozen subdivisions with over 1,500 lots in Northeast Ohio, and has worked with a variety of home builders from the small custom builders to the largest home builders in the country. His experience includes development of condominiums, first-time homes and luxury custom houses. He began his real estate career developing and managing commercial office buildings before turning his attention to low-income and market rate residential projects.
