I have more than 30 years of experience serving public and private, middle-market, large, and multinational organizations in a variety of industries with a primary focus on manufacturing, distribution, consumer business, real estate, telecom, and technology, including domestic and international manufacturers and distributors, hotel and hospitality, and technology companies. I have broad knowledge in SEC and other accounting and reporting requirements with a focus on collaborating with clients and audit committees on the requirements of the SEC, PCAOB, FASB, GAAP, IFRS, and GAAS. I have considerable experience dealing with merger integration and divestiture activity and am well versed in revenue recognition issues, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance, inter-firm reporting/clearance, and registration statement filings. I currently serve as a lead client service partner and engagement quality review partner and have previously served in the firm’s regional quality network. I have been successful in my ability to deal with difficult technical issues collaboratively with my clients by involving the right professionals in the firm as a result of my various positions and clients.
