About Mike Kozlowski
After earning an engineering degree at the University of Florida I took a job with a small firm of 8 in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Nearly 2 decades later I operate as the president of the same firm, having grown it to nearly 80 employees over 5 divisions. We provide multidiscipline architecture and engineering services in 23 states from Texas to the Eastern Seaboard and Caribbean. My focus in recent years has been coordinated design and optimization across disciplines. The amount of product and process waste in our industry is staggering. With a relational design approach between owners, designers and subcontractors, I believe we can collaborate and complete better designs faster. These same designs, having been developed in a collaborative fashion, are developed in a BIM platform which allows for the data to drive everything downstream. The result is efficiency.
