Client Care Services Manager. Our unit meets with every First Responder entering FRW and introduces them to the program and outlines their journey into their own personal recovery program including: Introduction to their case manager, therapist and treatment planning. Contact with family, referral sources, and outside support. Information and guidance to our department relating to FMLA, Workman\'s comp, and other work related paperwork. Integration into First Responder recovery and aftercare resources and continued support through entire stay and after discharge. Assistance with our treatment team to develop a solid treatment plan and discharge planning. Introduction to our Family Week Program and weekly family zoom groups. Resources to assist in long-term recovery including outside FR only support groups and recovery meetings. All staff are culturally competent and your confidentiality is number one.
