I am a supply chain, logistics and distribution specialist with a passion for continuous improvement, eliminating waste and improving operational effectiveness across various functional groups within an organization. I am experienced in managing large teams, with only general direction from Senior Management to accomplish business critical objectives. My experience in all areas of an enterprise - from procurement, supply chain & logistics, inventory management and control, production, planning and operations, customer service, and finance - positions me to drive positive change within an organization. My recent focus has been on project management because of my ability to understand and coordinate activities across the entire enterprise; the full Order to Cash and Procure to Pay life cycles, but I am also skilled at managing a specific operational/distribution/warehousing function.
