I joined Armstrong Watson (\"AW\") in May 2005 with the remit to set up the Restructuring and Insolvency team in Leeds. I took over as head of Restructuring & Insolvency for the firm in 2006. I became a member of the AW board in 2008 and a full equity partner in 2009. In 2019 I became chairman of the practice and in 2024, head of the Corporate Finance team.
