With over 25 years of experience in strategic transformation, continuous improvement, quality and safety system deployment and coaching, I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Senior Consultant at FoL Consulting, a leader in specialty vehicle manufacturing and assembly. I leverage my expertise in strategic planning, process design and re-design, problem-solving, and best practice implementation to deliver business improvements and verified savings of over $265 million across multiple industries, including telecom, financial, CPG, aerospace, and defense.
