Maintain 5S, traceability, and optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted production.Direct electrical fabrication including wire harnesses, control panels, power systems, and compliance with UL, IPC, NEC, and applicable standards. Lead mechanical fabrication teams in machining, welding, assembly, fixture design, and process improvement.Oversee machine shop operations, CNC programming, tooling, precision inspection, GD & T, and advanced machining methods. Ensure machine availability, preventive maintenance, and production readiness.Lead advanced prototyping and R&D builds, integrating rapid machining, additive manufacturing, and DFM collaboration with engineering.Own quality, safety, and compliance across all manufacturing areas. Manage budgets, cost controls, capital planning, and manufacturing support to proposals and pricing.Develop managers, supervisors, and technical staff through training, performance coaching, and workforce planning.
