Management and performance of a wide range of Internal Audits, Sarbanes-Oxley reviews and Information Technology Security activities for large corporations. Includes the creation of Corporate Audit Universes (IT), and managing/working with internal audit staff and co-sourced staff in the performance of numerous business application and system infrastructure audits. Also ran the Mission Critical IT Security group for a Fortune 100 company for four years. In additional way a key leader of a Corporate IT Security group for 3 years. Had responsibility for Data Center, Network, Application, Database, and physical security.Instrumental in forming and leading the IT Sarbanes Oxley Global Internal Controls Organization for a multinational corporation. Successfully led multiple large scale ERP/system transformation implementations including the installation of SAP and Oracle ERP applications.MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration. BS degree with a major in Accounting from Duquesne University.
