Senior Professional Services Consultant for the Aptos OMS system (FKA Aptos EOM)In addition to setting up the OMS system for new implementations of the Order Management product, I work with a variety of retailers to collaborate with them to understand their business needs, and implement changes to their systems to better meet those needs. I work closely with the other retail application groups at Aptos, including Point of Sale (Store and Aptos One), CRM, Sales Audit, Merchandising, and Warehouse Management. I provide advice on best practices and compliance requirements, and use my experience in retail technology to offer our clients options and solutions.
