My journey in the retail industry began at Christopher and Banks, where I dedicated 15 years to various roles, ultimately serving as the Senior Manager of Omnichannel Technology. From Christopher and Banks, I moved on to Aptos Retail and have spent the past few years here at Aptos in Professional Services, using my knowledge of our products along with my experience in retail to bring a unique perspective to our customers. My background has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of retail technology.As an expert in retail technology, particularly in Order Management Systems and Point of Sale, I excel at developing innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to technological challenges. I am a dual citizen of the United States and Italy, bringing a global perspective to my work. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy woodworking and fishing, which allow me to balance my analytical skills with creativity and relaxation.I am eager to connect with professionals who share my enthusiasm for retail technology and innovation.    Senior Professional Services Consultant for the Aptos OMS system (FKA Aptos EOM)In addition to setting up the OMS system for new implementations of the Order Management product, I work with a variety of retailers to collaborate with them to understand their business needs, and implement changes to their systems to better meet those needs. I work closely with the other retail application groups at Aptos, including Point of Sale (Store and Aptos One), CRM, Sales Audit, Merchandising, and Warehouse Management. I provide advice on best practices and compliance requirements, and use my experience in retail technology to offer our clients options and solutions.
