Serve as a program manager for the following WisDOT programs. Emergency Transportation Operations (ETO) is WisDOT’s emergency response program that facilitates emergency mobility, agency continuity, emergency response training, and minimizes the impacts of emergencies/disasters on the people, property, environment, and economy of the State of Wisconsin. The program will also provide emergency response planning and to increase reliability, safety and quality of life for Wisconsin’s highway users. The Traffic Incident Management Enhancement (TIME) Program provides traffic incident management leadership, planning and training, interagency coordination and collaboration, safety project needs identification and coordination, and statewide oversight of traffic incident management (TIM) projects and protocols.
