II have 25 years experience as a lead power plant commissioning engineer in mechanical commissioning and lead control room commissioning on pulverized coal fired, CFB, combined cycle gas turbine plants, solar projects and hydroelectric projects, but mainly as the lead shift control room operator on projects up to 1769 mw, I have commissioning experience with large once through, double and triple pressure HRSG/boilers, reheat steam turbines up to 417 mw and gas turbines from 5 mw aeroderivative to 275 mw frame units, coal feeders, pulverizers, boiler feed pumps, hydrogen cooled generators, wet and dry scrubbers, bag houses, urea injection systems, ammonia injection systems, large air and water cooled condensers, zero liquid discharge and a wide variety of bop equipment I have been directly involved in boiler inspections, turbine inspections, flushing activities, functional testing on OVATION, GE MARK-6, ALSTOM 800XA, SIEMENS SIEMENS PCS-7 WOODWARD 501 and ANDRITZ control systems, first fire, steam blows, reliability testing and on through cod, I have had responsibilities in developing from scratch, confined space, lock out tag out, startup shutdown procedures hydraulic and turbine flushing procedures, punch list items, final walk downs, owners acceptance documents, boroscoping large gas turbines, overseas travel for gas turbine blade inspections and I hold a current OSHA 10 hr safety training card and passport
