I have been hired as the Vice President of Venue, Game, Team and Player Operations with the innovative, ambitious and rebranded franchise in the United Soccer League. My duties include:A. Oversight of match day operations, which includes but is not limited to; home team needs,visiting team needs, referees, medical staff, field set up, crowd logistics, sponsorshipactivation, kid’s zone, VIP suites, game day scripts and timelines, match reporting and videoproductionB. Manage venue operations; volunteers, security, in game promotions, team needs, vendor related issues, field maintenance, stadium improvement contracts and labor, and the coordination of offseason events at the team\'s facility.C. Oversee all aspects of team travel during the season and in the off-seasonD. Assist technical staff with player operations needs including the administration of player tryouts, roster issues, living situations, immigration documentation, camps, talent acquisition, etc.E. Help manage the financial budget for the Operations DepartmentF. Oversee equipment ordering and make sure that the team and organization has what it needs to successfully operate on a day to day basis

ABOUT MIKE JENKINS
I currently serve as Vice President of Operations for the Phoenix Rising Football Club based in Phoenix, Arizona. Phoenix Rising resides in the United Soccer League which plays in the 2nd Division of the USSF soccer pyramid. I perform many duties for the club including roles in Venue, Game, Team and Player Operations for the ambitious new franchise as they seek to advance up the U.S. soccer ladder. I also have worked as Vice President of the Burlingame Dragons Football Club, a franchise in the Premier Development League based just South of San Francisco, CA. The Dragons are the PDL affiliate of the San Jose Earthquakes of Major League Soccer. I have also worked in a media capacity for Stanford University (announcing soccer), Santa Clara University (soccer) and for Cal-State East Bay (basketball and baseball programs) in the recent past. I taught for 4 years at Sacred Heart Prep in Atherton, California after spending 12 years at St. Mary\'s Catholic High School in Phoenix. I taught Modern World History to Freshmen, U.S. Politics to Juniors and Seniors and Honors Economics to Juniors and Seniors at the prestigious independent Catholic school in Atherton, California.
